What is Live Manual?
Live manual is an exclusive service offered by ProtoCall One to Genesys users.
Live manual is an advice and mentoring service that is designed to give business users with access to the extensive range of Genesys Applications, Best Practice support and guidance on their use of technology once these applications have been installed.
Live Manual complements our unique
Support Desk and training service packages but they are not pre-requisite in order to benefit from using Live Manual.
Subscription Service
Live Manual is available to any Genesys user as either a Standard or Premium Service subscription package that is accessed via this website under a restricted log in. Once you are a member you will have access to the best Genesys independent experts who will listen to your query and respond accordingly with recognised Industry Best Practice advice and guidance. This includes self-service Multi-Media options based on your own preferences. Premium members also benefit from quarterly on-site visits allowing you to maximise the fine tuning of your Genesys applications through inter-active workshops lively discussion,
Operational benefits
The benefits of using Live Manual can be calculated in operational terms - the target is a 1% improvement in performance through our considered expert advice on any of your Genesys applications.
